What an amazing week of giving!
Our first “Your Week to Give From the Heart” virtual fundraiser & auction had great success, raising $52,131 for our local kids. A heartfelt thanks to our committed corporate sponsors, hardworking committee members, generous auction item donors and enthusiastic online participants. We appreciate every guest who joined us by placing a bid or making a donation during this unique week of online giving opportunities. A special thank you to Jenny and her son Charlie for being our matching $10,000 gift donor and doubling the impact of every gift received. We feel so blessed that our community embraced this new online platform as an alternative to our annual Bourbon Street Bingeaux event to ensure that kids continue to have a safe, nurturing place to go during these uncertain times.
