Important Announcement: After thoughtful consideration of the needs of our families and the long-term sustainability of our services, we have made the difficult decision to close our Sunset location and transition all enrolled children to our Frontiers center, effective August 27, 2026. Transition Timeline:
July 6
Current Sunset Early Learning families received a personalized letter and email about the upcoming transition.
July 22
A public announcement was shared on our website, social media channels, and with local media.
July 27
Families enrolled at Sunset will receive enrollment confirmation and a transition packet with details about moving to the Frontiers Early Learning Center.
August 11
Community Open House for enrolled Sunset families and community members.
August 17
Families will receive a reminder that the week of August 24 will be the final week of operations at the Sunset Early Learning Center.
August 17
Families will receive a reminder that the week of August 24 will be the final week of operations at the Sunset Early Learning Center.
August 31
The Sunset Early Learning Center officially closes, and all enrolled children begin attending the Frontiers Early Learning Center.
September 11
Staff will conduct a post-transition check-in with families to ensure a smooth adjustment and answer any remaining questions.
