Project L.A.N.E. is a dynamic initiative that launched in June and will be offered at our Clubhouses year-round. It will demonstrate how eating right, keeping fit, and forming positive relationships adds up to an overall healthy lifestyle. There are three components of the program- mind, body and soul. Together, they will build skills, behaviors, and knowledge that contribute to a sense of well-being. In the past year, young people have increasingly limited opportunities to develop necessary social-emotional skills. This program will provide interactive, thought-provoking activities and the sessions will build on each other to encourage youth to keep coming back. We are excited to roll out Project L.A.N.E. in our Clubhouses!
